Granola your way

Many times with food allergies you want a quick go to snack, breakfast, etc that is healthy yet satisfies that need for a crunchy treat. This granola checks off all that and more!

Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set your oven.

Now melt the oil.

In a large bowl pour all the dry ingredients and mix together.

Then pour the oil, vanilla and liquid sweetener over the ingredients.

Mix well until full coated and incorporated.

Pour the granola mixture on the cookie sheet.

If you want larger pieces of granola really press the mixture into the pan. If you want it more individual or smaller pieces no need to press down.

Bake then let cool completely.

Now that the granola is cool you can add some dried fruit like raisins, shredded coconut, or even safe chocolate and sprinkle over the pan.

Then pull the entire sheet of granola out of the pan and break it up either using your hands or a wooden spoon.

Enjoy as is or top it on your favorite yogurt or pour safe milk into a bowl of it. Any way you eat it you’ll want to eat more.
