Butterscotch pudding with a twist
Have you ever had an idea in your head that you just became obsessed with? Well sometimes that happens to me with flavors and recipes. This week I was craving butterscotch pudding but none were available that were completely top eight free.
I decided I needed to create my own that was easy, simple and tasted delightful.
So with just two ingredients I was able to make a very tasty butterscotch pudding even if it was lime green and you will see why.
First grab your can of sweetened condensed coconut milk and turn it into the lovely rich caramel sauce.
Next find that avocado that has been sitting on your counter or in your fridge and chop that up.
Pull out your blender and pour the caramel sauce into it and the avocado.
Blend on high until fully incorporated.
Pour or scoop (because it will be very thick) into small containers or one large one.
Refrigerate the pudding for at least two hours before you enjoy.
They can be stored in the airtight containers for up to five days (if they last that long)!
