Rocky Road Cookies

I have been a mad scientist in the kitchen lately working on new variations of classic cookies. The latest ones I’ve been playing with are my kitchen sink cookie and what fun new flavors I can mix in. They are a great cookie all by themselves or with a few new things added in.

This week I’ve been on a marshmallow kick and can’t get enough of them- from rice crispy treats to this new rocky road kitchen sink cookie- they are becoming the fun new add in to all my desserts.

I started off with my classic oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and had my Cecelia help! She is turning into quite the little baker.

Popped these in the oven and let cool and they were an instant hit!

They are so easy to make they will be a great addition to the typical rotation of baked goods that I make for get togethers with friends and family!
