The Top 5 of my favorite quick grab snacks
If your life is anything like mine it is always go, go, go! And with life going faster than the speed of sound remembering to eat isn’t always on the top of the priority list.
Here’s a quick list of the snacks I always have in the house for those days.
88 Acres Seed Bars. They are top 8 free and absolutely delicious (check out my review blog)! They are a small company based in Massachusetts but you can find them in Wegman’s, WholeFoods, Stop & Shop, Market Basket and their own website. My favorite is the Spiced Ginger Apple flavor.
Free2Be Sun Cups. They are top 12 free and are a great sweet treat with some protein to keep you going. They can be found in most grocery stores and quite a few different flavors. The original flavor is my favorite and is reminiscent of a Reese’s peanut butter cup.
PerfectlyFree Fruit Bites. These are top 8 free and come in individual pouches. They have a bunch of flavors and my kids can’t get enough of them. They aren’t messy and are quickly gobbled up. They can be found in many grocery stores in New England or on their own website.
OWYN Protein Drink. These are top 8 free and are great for keeping you satisfied in both taste and healthy safe ingredients. They come in a variety of flavors and keep coming up with new ones! They even have a Cold Brew Coffee flavor to keep you full and full of caffeine to get you through your busy day. They can be found at Stop & Shop, Wegman’s, WholeFoods, and of course on their own website for their newest flavor choices.
MetaBalls Energy Bites. They are top 8 free and come in four different flavors. They are small, portable and addicting. Found in Wegman’s, Amazon, or on their own website.
The items on this list are easy, grab and go snacks because they not only are top 8 allergen free, or more, but they are all in individual sizes for perfect portions! Which ones are your favorite? Have you tried everything on this list? Do you have any go to snacks?
